I always knew that purchasing a house is not an easy task. There is a lot of fine print to worry about and a lot of tiny details to consider. You always have to be at the top of your game making sure you know what the next move could be. So the great news is that our offer was accepted and we will finally be purchasing a condo that we LOVE!!! but there was a price to pay and not just the monetary value...the first few days plus the time until the final approval, documentation, deposit, closing, etc. are not very pleasant. We werent sure that our offer will actually be accepted but it was and the funds were not ready for deposit...and that scared me a lot! Anyhow in the end it worked out. There is still a lot to do and I will try stay calm buy pouring my thoughts here!

Hi there! I found you through The Mom Blogs! Congrats on buying your condo. We just bought our first home, too. We close July 15. It was a very daunting experience...we ended up in a bidding war and that's a whole anxiety-ridden proces in and of itself. I'm glad we did it, though. We have a 7-month-old and desperately need more space than we have in our apartment! Your little girl is adorable, btw! When do you move in to your condo?
ReplyDeleteThanks :) Congrats to you too. We will hopefully be moving in the end of august. My little one is 9 months old now and more and more stuff just keeps piling up plus we're sharing with family right now so the extra space is definitely needed!
